I give these pens to clients at each loan closing. Everyone loves them-- however this time they did not come in sealed cellophane as they normally do and that was disappointing. Especially due to Covid-19 they really needed to be wrapped as usual. But with decreased employees i guess you have to give up some quality of service which is disappointing as well.
